By accessing or using PeakVenture (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
PeakVenture provides AI-powered quoting, order entry, and inventory management tools designed for distributors and manufacturers. The Service includes dashboards, analytics, phone agent features, and integration capabilities.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with its operation, or resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PeakVenture AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data, quotes, and orders. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
Quotes, recommendations, and other outputs generated through our AI tools are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all quotes and orders before they are sent to customers. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeakVenture AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated quotes or recommendations will produce specific business results.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
